Last Thursday, during our Fall Kickoff event, we observed Mental Health Day with guest speaker Dr. Brian Mesimer. During the event, Mesimer spoke about burnout in the workforce, offering insights on managing stress and maintaining mental well-being.
Pro: The HVAC repairman complemented how I maintain our 10 year old unit, saying “the heat seems like it has barely been run.”
Con: The wife now has objective evidence that I keep the house too cold.
