"Confess" here is meant in the Augustinian sense. The confession being nearer to a *profession* of faith. Not in God, but in the USMNT. I like we're putting it in such strong of terms
150 years ago all milk was “organic milk”.
But everyone just called it “milk”.
It wasn’t until they started pumping milk full of toxins that the modifier “organic” took on meaning.
In the same sense “classical education” is the organic milk of education.
