Up to more than you'd expect.
Presently: Building & Creating in #Detroit @BASKDetroit

No question 4-7 is crisper. While updating my agent fleet yesterday had an accidental fallback to 4o - felt like I was talking to a friend who had a lobotomy. But 4-7… this shit slaps.
Have been using LLMs & AI for years, started building @BaskDetroit the day GPT 3.5 came out. One of the biggest questions I'm currently grappling w/ is: How do you build a 'secure' team environment (i.e. bringing on team members) within an OpenClaw (or Cowork or other) framework?
You have no experience.

Just keep going ✌️
Additional context from a great conversation w/ @ovidysus earlier re: solving for eternal problems - The template I like to use is “Everyone [x], they always have and always will”
For example - when starting @BoweryFarming, I would often say “Everyone [eats], they always have and always will”
For @BaskDetroit - “Everyone [wants to feel better], they always have and always will”
Anyone else getting into #sauna? I can’t think of any other modality that can more than double your heart rate while sitting still with so many wellness benefits. Love tracking sessions with my @WHOOP. Super excited to be working on providing accessibility to deliberate heat exposure & #coldplunging in #Detroit with the next project I’ve been working on 😃. Stay tuned for #BASKDetroit!
There are moments when you feel the world is too much. Days and even weeks when you want to (or perhaps do) pull up the covers and half-sleep in bed until nightfall, avoiding a feeling of hopelessness that seems insurmountable. Long-awaited deals fall through without warning, haters attack you without reason or fact, circumstances turn good decisions into awful realities—sometimes it just feels like the deck is stacked against you and there is nothing you can do about it.
I’ve felt the same on more than a few occasions.
It’s an integral part of building anything remarkable, whether a business, a relationship, or a life. Expanding your sphere of comfort and abilities comes with a cost: repeated self-doubt.
Meditate on all of the things you’ve done that you once considered impossible. The odds you’ve overcome, the critics you’ve proven wrong, and the small defeats that — through making you stronger and smarter — made huge victories possible later.
Get back up. Bigger and better things are waiting for you.
Interesting - going with a concept that’s more cold plunge and sauna forward (size is quite a bite smaller than a warehouse too for our first location)
Pricing starts at $180 / month for the first 180 members and then will increase as we hit a capacity of somewhere around 400 members. If demand higher than capacity, will increase pricing. Offering smoothies, healthy snacks, luxury locker rooms, an outdoor lounge area, etc.
I love that #ChatGPT doesn't sigh, feign annoyance or become irritable when you ask it to re-write something... again, and again. Repeated requests like this can wear humans, and personal relationships out - proof that emotional friction can get in the way of the best output.
