@Sushilk91 I'm building out a fairly complex app currently and 5.5 has been able to handle the buildout and steady progress where Claude was just not able to really progress without countless issues. It's really great for front end and design and bigger more general planning though.
@theo I've been building out a larger complex app and opus has not been able to handle it. I've been relying on 5.5 to make progress. OpenAI has some secret sauce for real, if 5.6 is even better it makes sense why Anthropic is moving to release Mythos class models soon.
@miramurati You are clearly one of the brighter minds in this space. This is the right direction to be making progress. Impressed by the @thinkymachines team and your work. Local on device orchestration is needed to make this the true next level experience.
@theo Honestly I much prefer Opus with how it communicates and collaborates most of the time. 5.5 is great too and catches small things opus misses sometimes. I like using them both and getting a consensus before having Opus implement. Very excited to see what Opus 5 can do.
The board that fired him? Replaced. The safety team that questioned his priorities? Dissolved. The nonprofit structure that was supposed to keep mission above profit? Restructured. The employees who wanted to speak out? Silenced — or bought out.

Graham Platner: “The anti-trans campaign in Maine is funded by an out-of-state billionaire to make sure we have this discussion and we don’t talk about raising his taxes. That’s why it exists. I think there are like two trans kids that compete in high school sports in Maine? There are 40K Mainers who are going to lose healthcare because of the lack of the ACA extension. One of those things seems very important and real to me. One of them seems like an invented culture war scare to keep people divided”

Graham Platner on Iran: “Nobody wants this war. They know what it’s actually about. This is a war being pushed by Benjamin Netanyahu. He’s been trying to make this war happen for almost 30 years. This war is also being pushed because Donald Trump is in the Epstein Files”
@MKBHD They should give people the option to do at least 16gb Ram upgrade and have a black/gray color with dark keyboard. Also, a neo with 32gb ram would be an instant buy for many if that was an option.
@sama Coercion like this only fails if the industry stands together. You watched a competitor hold the line and lose for it, called it an extremely scary precedent, then took the contract. You didn’t fight the precedent. You’re the reason it works. #QuitGPT
BREAKING: ICE Whistleblower Ryan Schwank just blew the whistle on Donald Trump’s ICE and their illegal actions.
“I watched ICE dismantle the training program… classes that teach the Constitution, our legal system, firearms training, the use of force, lawful arrests, proper detention, and the limits of officers authority. ICE is teaching cadets to violate the Constitution and they were attempting to cloak it in secrecy by demanding that I lie about it.”
Peter Thiel is in the Epstein files saying “democracy is a failed experiment” and that women and poor people should have never had the right to vote and they are strategically positing how to stop both. They also used Epstein to pressure governments to get their way.
One of Trump’s biggest donors.
🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING — “I’ll Die Without Him.”
