@SeeFisch Kindly disagree sir. The venous CO2 will always be higher than the arterial CO2. However you probably figured they needed ventilatory assistance before the gas came back.
@ecgandrhythmRoe Curious , was this given through a central line or PIV. I’ve seen prolonged response to adenosine through central lines and hence you need to cut dose in 1/2. Or for stable SVT just give a central CCB. Scary ECG thanks for sharing.
