Not Leaving but Moving On: Liminal spaces are always straining. I am so proud and humbled to have cofounded and served as EVP and CMO of CLL Society. I will continue to serve CLL Society as I move on to work with others to help CLL patients across the globe. More details to come.
It's my favorite time of the year, full of gratitude and miracles. I am using this time of reflection to plan my push on exploring new ways of making a difference for those with CLL in particular and cancer in general in 2026 and beyond. Let me know if you want to work together.
Please consider supporting my 5K Walk for CLL Society.
Join me on May 10th for a virtual 5K in support of the CLL/SLL Community!
Thanks

@KingsMenPodcast Everyone is different, but I am now almost 20 years out with a different lymphoma (CLL/SLL) where I was told I had <1 in 20 chance of living 5 years when diagnosed. One universal piece of advice is make sure you are seeing a real work expert in your particular flavor of lymphoma.
@MichaelRynne1 So sad. CLL patients are dying from second primary cancers and infection, not CLL. Our immune deficiency is an unsolved problem. So sorry for your loss of another friend.
We raised an astounding $58,000+ during the Celebrating Long Lives 5K event this weekend! Thank you to everyone who came out to support of those impacted by CLL/SLL. These funds are crucial to help CLL Society continue reaching people with our lifesaving services. #CLLS5K

@chadinabhan@DrHenryMarsh Marsh is a very insightful writer. Every doctor at some time is a patient too. The support group CLL Society runs for docs with CLL is an extraordinarily valuable place for heartfelt exchanges and support. I never miss a meeting.
