What an incredible finale, to end an incredible career. Just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to @JeremyClarkson, @MrJamesMay and @RichardHammond. You’ve had a positive influence on the lives of so many and will forever be my favorite presenters. Wishing you every happiness, cheers lads🍻🤝
Richard Feynman's most famous course at Caltech was called Physics X. It was open to undergraduates only. The only instructions were 'Ask me anything about physics!' and Feynman would take it from there.
Watch Mondo Duplantis 🇸🇪 beat Karsten Warholm 🇳🇴 over 100m in a head to head at the Zurich Diamond League!!
He clocked a remarkable 10.37s!

People have always looked for the shiny, new thing.
Social media has given you access to a shiny, new thing every day.
But if you aren’t checking off the basics, you’re just stalling.
Today’s newsletter was simple. Check off the basics.
•Eat protein
•Eat vegetables and fruits
•Eat healthy carbs
•Train with the movements that have always worked
•Walk
•Drink enough water
•Sleep
When you do those every day, you can worry about optimizing. When you don’t, you “optimize” by doing the basics first.

Meteor shower pictures can be difficult to capture – but I would say this one of the #perseids a few days ago was done by someone who knows what they’re doing … compositing 40 photos over a 3 hour period to create this one! Magnificent job astrophotographer Josh Dury! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
Sven-Goran Eriksson has delivered a final goodbye message and how he wants to be remembered.
“I had a good life. I think we are all scared of the day when we die, but life is about death as well. You have to learn to accept it for what it is. Hopefully at the end people will say, yeah, he was a good man, but everyone will not say that.
I hope you will remember me as a positive guy trying to do everything he could do. Don’t be sorry, smile. Thank you for everything, coaches, players, the crowds, it’s been fantastic.
Take care of yourself and take care of your life. And live it. Bye.”
What a man! ❤️
Due to a small injury, Keely Hodgkinson has ended her 2024 season.
This year, the Brit became Olympic and European 800m champion, lowered her national record to 1:54.61 and won all her nine races over two laps.
She states: "No more races for me! Unfortunately I picked up a small injury but we achieved everything I had hoped to do this year, thank you for all the love and support! See you on the track next year."
