This is the first time that I am experiencing this in India..
Also, went through another really bad patch of diversion, made worse by the rain at Balanagar town 80 kms short of Hyderabad. Isn't the same NHAI entity responsible for both situations? Why this double standard then?

Was driving on the National Highway to (& from Hyderabad) from Bangalore. Near the Kia Motors plant at Penukonda, Anantapur district, where a new flyover at right angle to the highway is coming up...hence there is a road diversion, of top quality!
