The SpiceWorld announcement dropped today — Austin is calling again.

If you’ve ever thought about speaking at SpiceWorld (or you’ve done it before and are debating round two), let me just say this: just do it.

This will be my third year applying, and every time I’ve walked away thinking, “Wow… I didn’t expect that many people to connect with what I shared.”

There’s nothing quite like someone stopping you later at the conference to say your session helped them, encouraged them, or just made them feel a little less alone in this wild field we call IT.

If you’ve got a story, a lesson, a hard‑earned scar, or even a perspective that might help someone else — this community wants to hear it. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.

I’m already sketching out my session for this year, and I hope to see a lot of new (and returning) names on the speaker list.
