Last tournament of the summer for the LGJ 18U Damon Squad! These girls have all been with me the past 2 years! I got so much to say, and want to find a proper way to send each and everyone off! Most of these girls are coming to play one last one next weekend at Backwards K. But for the ones that I won’t have a chance to coach again, I am really going to miss you.

1) @EmmaLucchesi2 - The longest active LGJ! Emma believed in the process and trust my coaching. Emma is an amazing softball player, but an even better young woman. I can’t believe it is over. Good luck at Florida Southern, I know that you will do great.

2) @FramptonCaitlin - Caitlin, you have battled these last two years and have ups and downs. You have put the work in and. It has payed off! Good luck at Lees-McCrae!!! Sorry I tried to get to the field to get a pic with you!

3) @bricab2024 - BriCab!!!! ❤️ first off your NAME ROCKS! You have worked so damm hard since hoping the program. That you for the belief in me and allowing me to coach you hard and push you to get to where we all knew you could be! You believing in yourself was the key that unlocked everything inside of you! It is showing on the field and I know you are going to crush it at Palm Beach Atlantic!

The rest of you have got to wait another week before you get your send off!

It’s been a hell of a run! I absolutely cherish every opportunity to coach you girls! Thanks for making me a better coach, as I have also learned from you!

Thanks to all the parents of this group! A 100% drama free team is hard to find but we had it!

Coach Matty B OUT!
