We just released v0.2.40 on Quest and PCVR! The highlight of this one is fancy shiny reflective bricks!
If you liked the old bricks, we also added a shininess slider in the settings. Make your bricks dull, mirrors, or anywhere in-between.

We've been running a competition in our Discord to see who can create the most impressive rendered BricksVR builds.
The comp just ended, and we have our winners! 🏆 🎉
1. Render by @ghostie85, BricksVR build by @davidcz184

@maiale Bit late to the party, are you still doing teardowns? I dread copywriting and would love to hear where you think we can improve our site! https://t.co/zk9JbwtXzn
Version 0.2.39 has released! On top of the 3D model export feature, bricks are now shinier and prettier to look at, and we've fixed a few annoying bugs.
Build and final render by @davidcz184
Our new 3d model export feature launches TOMORROW 🚀
We've decided to license all exported models under the MIT license which allows for modification, distribution, and even commercial use. Can't wait to see what everyone creates ✨
Another case of @github Copilot saving me from having to context switch to Google/Stack Overflow.
I didn't know how to filter or order Firestore collections in Ruby, but now I do without even leaving VS Code.
Also interesting is how I made a mistake with multiplication syntax (parenthesis instead of *) and copilot assumed I knew what I was doing. Bad assumption this time 😄
.@github Copilot casually autocompleting the start of the rotation matrix to rotate 3D vectors with a Quaternion. It wrote the other 2 lines of the matrix for me too. Mindblown 🤯
We're kicking off a competition in our Discord to see who can create the coolest visualizations using 3D models exported from BricksVR worlds!
Here's the first submission by @LuckyK65 👏
