@MCD_Delhi Actually, MCD should actually be doing its original responsibility & authorised job of ensuring no alarmingly illegal construction happens in their jurisdiction
MCD is already marred with allegations of being too corrupt and too lackadaisical. WHAT DID YOU DO ABOUT THAT?
Few things to change in India..🙏
- As stated in QT 👇🏻
- Total ban on gutkha type products
- Males to stop urinating just anywhere at kerbsides, etc.
- Roadside & kerbside loose dust removal
- Pathway encroachments to stop
- Land/ roads/ street encroachment by public
Any more??
@NIHAL001@mark_k Don't fall into petty rac!sm type calls. Why waste waste energies onto such scum cultural inappropriation things!
Just report FTA India and all concerned parties to the authotities.
Hey @MeitY_NICSI
This quoted post is plain racism and cultural inappropriation in the guise of a game / video
It must be taken down by @X , and the developers / people behind it, should ideally apologize for such racist acts.

If implemented well regulated & systematically, these moves may result in unlocking of many real estate possibilities in Delhi suburbs.
Even DDA may be able to develop & monetize many of its North NorthWest land banks.
BUT WHAT DO CITIZENS MAKE OUT OF IT?
More FAR is one thing.
The Master Plan for Delhi-2047 has laid out a dedicated framework for expanding rental housing in the Capital for the first time, including Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs), studio apartments, hostels and dormitories, with a focus on migrants, seasonal workers, students, single working people, and lower-income households.

Unfortunately, only governments' regulatory framework across the major hubs of world and/or unsustainable return on investment (ROI) made by Big Tech and entrepreneurs, can regulate this ai takeover off human existence

@archpng But, this big height unsupported masonry appears scary. The developers would probably tie up the old masonry framing (structure) with the new structure ar certain portions
Well, in that sense, everything costs money
After all, its a calibrated decision between:
• need / necessity
• functionality
• aesthetics
• budget
• architecture & design
• workmanship
200 helium containers are stranded in the Persian Gulf right now. Each one holds 41,000 liters cooled to -269°C. The containers have no refrigeration. No compressor, no cooling loop. Insulation is all that stands between the cargo and ambient heat, and it buys 35 to 48 days. After that, the liquid boils, the pressure valve opens, and the helium vents to atmosphere. Re-liquefying it requires a specialized plant. Most ports do not have one. Qatar's North Field supplied 33% of the world's helium as a byproduct of cryogenic separation at its LNG plants. On March 2, Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz. Spot prices surged 70 to 100 percent. EUV lithography requires 99.9999% purity helium for wafer cooling and no current substitute exists. The fifth helium shortage since 2006 has just begun.

59 mins vs 58 mins. We are all living the same life, just at different speeds.
New data from the "WeAreCity 2026" report shows the average one-way commute is:
🤝 Bengaluru: 59 mins (18 km)
🤝 Hyderabad: 58 mins (22 km)

@arcpresentation Nice conceptual rendering of the building's aesthetic, but why suggesting the topmost attic type entire roof space? That part ain't looking good in the rendering
