@bogeysforbeers@carsandgolf Best eBay pickup ever, love the super low profile look, not a fan of looking down and see a clunk of metal, only reason for taking em out was the T100 upgrade but the 3 iron stays, workable 235 club is money on doglegs 🤌
@carsandgolf Doesn’t even feel like there’s a ball in the way on pure shots 👌 thin shots in the winter are another story, might as well hit a pole with a baseball bat…
@JLimebrook@Sad_HAMs_ That’s what I thought was odd, I assumed there would be some kind of safety exactly for that. This is actually a GE hydro wave top load, after pulling the chord and looked the comforter was tightly compressed together on one side of the drum.
@Sad_HAMs_@JLimebrook Mine was a comforter, I thought a freight train was coming through the house, only to find the washer moved the length of the chord bouncing up and down…learned proper weight distribution of loads after that
@AdamChinn4@NUCLRGOLF Stop thinking the world of golf operates on your time schedule, there’s no logical reason not to let a group through besides protecting a fragile ego…
I had the privilege of visiting Quantico back in 2010 for a program for students interested in nat defense. We got to see HMX-1 hq (lost that zippo unfortunately), the kennels and a few other places but what I remember the most was Raider Hall. Much like you that specific piece struck me differently and still all these years later I think about it from time to time. Those were incredible men doing incredible things.
