Don’t get into an accident when you have @progressive insurance because even though I’m completely not at fault they will not help you or make the process easy by any means. Been 5 days and I still don’t have a rental and my car is not in a shop.

don’t tell me you’ve tried finding their insurance when I, a person who isn’t well versed in the insurance world, found it by making phone calls. @progressive why do i pay monthly to your company ? When push comes to shove no one is there for me.

they make no real attempts to contact the other parties insurance holder. In fact I had to track down the other vehicles insurance policy since “they did all they can” i’m doing their job for them and it’s still not getting anywhere @progressive
