In our community, a child once dropped out of school quietly. People said “life is hard.”
But behind that story was neglect, silence, and missed chances to help.
Children’s rights start with us noticing, asking, and acting. #ProtectChildren
As BBU, we raise our voices in the fight against Malaria because awareness saves lives. Together, we can push for prevention, early treatment, and stronger action to protect our communities especially women and children.
#EndMalaria
In one of the sessions of creative writing, an activity that BBU majors in to engage children, one of the children put this down to writing.
This shows you that many more children need to understand their rights.
And for the love of children, we will continue rights advocacy.
Mentoring children's creativity through story telling drawing approach is key to ensuring that they learn to be open and free to imagine as well as create the imagination into reality.
#childrenrights
In a bid to educate children on their rights, BBU has gone ahead to build structures with schools.
Bridge Builders Uganda contributes to the advocacy platform that supports sensitization, education and emphasizing that children enjoy their rights.
