As Health Secretary, Wes Streeting deepened the privatisation of our NHS and handed over our data to Palantir, a company involved in genocide.
I am sure his friend Peter Mandelson is very proud.
Time to reinstate our NHS as a fully public service — and kick Palantir out!
This country might be about to have its 6th Prime Minister in 7 years.
Why? Because they’ve all failed to take on a rigged economic system that enriches the few at the expense of us all.
People want a society where children don’t go hungry. That is really not too much to ask.
Ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week, our Black Cats have become Black Dogs 🖤
A symbol of the battles that so many people face every single day - often silently.
Football is family. And family looks out for each other. No matter who you are, or what you’re going through, you are never alone.
It’s okay to talk.

Never forgotten. Remembering the 97 and all those affected by the Hillsborough disaster on the 37th anniversary. You are in our thoughts today and always.
You'll Never Walk Alone. ♥️

I have a lot of RESPECT for Granit Xhaka for sharing this with us.
Family, faith, determination with so much hard work, natural talent and humility, have helped form one hell of a club captain for us at #Sunderland#safc
Farage has been campaigning this week to bring back handgun ownership in UK, he has obviously forgotten the reason they were banned.
Exactly 30 years ago today these children went to school in Dunblane, Scotland and never went home again.
The govt's Student Loan Plan 2 repayment freeze in April 2027 must be reversed. It isn't moral.
I'm concerned that my debate with Kemi Badenoch this morning distracts from the most immediate problem. In April 2027 Rachel Reeves will freeze the Plan 2 student loan threshold until 2030 which by then will increase graduate repayments by £300/yr more.
This is effectively a unilateral negative breach of the student loan contract. Students were told the threshold would rise with average earnings. No commercial lender would be allowed to do this. The govt shouldn't do it either.
Changing the terms of future students loans is a political decision - people may not like it but it is transparent. Negatively changing the terms of contracts already signed, and long in place, is a breach of natural justice.
