Despite living in a 16km radius TELSTRA MOBILE BLACKSPOT for a dozen years @Telstra has increased my bill for mobile & dodgy landline (which I keep coz mobile is 1bar of 3G & about to be turned off)
by 25% in 2 years.

This pattern is established, a tactic that 90% of people will swallow or eventually give up from sheer exhaustion. Telling vulnerable customers, and those with disabilities to go to the Ombudsman knowing how much they already have on their plate, + limited resources is depraved.
