@PostOffice can somebody please contact me regarding my 70 year olds mother's horrible experience at one of your branches. Unhelpful staff, disgusting attitude when trying to send mail to a BFPO address. Not happy!

@PostOffice Your cleckheaton branch turned my mum away, offering no alternative as the package she was sending to BFPO was more than 2kgs. My mum had previously sent 5.5kgs package and had to argue/plead with your advisor to send by boat instead of airmail but to no avail. Embarrassing!

Less than 4 months ago I was sharing my bed with my 2 year old after taking well over an hour to get him to drift off to sleep ....last night he slept 13 whole hours in his own room. All thanks to the sleep fairy that is @Jo_Frost
