Another reset for our Codex and ChatGPT Work users. Actually hit 9M active users way earlier today, but then got distracted by the approximately millions of things the team is doing to keep the systems up and reliable.
Should have that sweet 100% weekly usage limit back in a few minutes. Go be your productive self and close twitter. Shoo!
GPT-5.6 is helping me turn manual finance and inventory work into an agentic system: validating source data, checking forecast accuracy, coordinating specialized agents, and producing decision-ready dashboards. Less copy-paste, more control, more time for analysis. #GPT56
I switched to GPT-5.6 Sol because it doesn’t just generate code, it helps me reason through complex finance and inventory workflows, validate forecasts, catch inconsistencies, and coordinate Codex agents with less hand-holding. It feels like an engineering partner. #GPT56#Codex
5.6 sol growth is insane.
the inference team has done heroic work to be able to support demand.
we are going to move mountains to continue to scale, but it is possible there are some hiccups soon.

Budget analyst @znsuzara and I worked on this graph today. We looked at the historical trend of unprogrammed funds/appropriations from 2010 to 2024, using the proposed budget (National Expenditure Program) and the actual budget (General Appropriations Act).
URGENT! We need a new DepEd Secretary.
I have been consistent in saying that if the Vice President does not have the heart for Education, it will be for the best interest of the country to step down and give to someone else.
Today, I came across an article exposing the failure of the Department of Education to remit billions worth of taxes and insurance payments (GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig deductions). I cannot help but to feel extremely frustrated with the fact instead of solving issues, the current leadership of DepEd cannot seem to handle the work at hand.
It is important to note that the in the matters of the controversial 125 million confidential funds, the senate committee hearing exposed that DepEd only submitted initial reports last January and the supporting documents by October 19. That by itself is problematic enough, but then I am eager to know their assessment as they committed before the year ends.
Aside from her absence in technical events such as PISA results forum, presentation of the Matatag Agenda in the upper house and amongst other things. It is frustrating to see her in so invested in other things when there are too many things to address in the education sector.
Sincerely, if she is not 100% committed to addressing our learning poverty and other issues in the said sector. Again… for the sake of the Filipino children, I think we should let VP Sara focus on what it seems to be of outmost importance to the Vice President -fighting insurgency.
Aside from that, there’s the concerning number of resignations of career men and women in DepEd (Usec and Asec level), the number of retired generals hired and a long list of issues revealed over a short period of time.
