@StatsBin Saving the treasury while letting development die is not protection—it's stagnation.
We need a fixed-term, accountable governance model, and we need to pay for actual work. If this fails, the blow to $LUNC will be massive. Vote YES.
@LUNCSwapfun Who on earth is spearheading this massive and complex project? Lately, the project's progress and once-vague goals are coming into clear focus, fully revealing themselves out in the open. #lunc
The key point here is emphasizing that coins like Bitcoin, Luna Classic, and Kaspa are truly decentralized with no single owner. That era is right around the corner, and the market won't accept coins that have a master. It's interpreted that Justin Sun has been emphasizing this for nearly six months.
As the chain grows, the need for sound and precise decision-making becomes increasingly important. If Terra Classic aims to join the ranks of major blockchain networks, I do not believe it can survive in the long term with its current decision-making structure.
That said, the achievements of Terra Classic governance over the past year can only be described as remarkable—almost miraculous. #lunc
Terra Classic needs a Terra Classic Executive Coordinator with a one-year term and 40% decision-making authority. I recommend Puya as the first Executive Coordinator. #lunc
Terra Classic is decentralized, but its decision-making structure is inherently imperfect because it must consistently make the right decisions to survive. This is precisely why Terra Classic needs an Executive Conductor. #lunc
I was truly surprised when I saw Proposal #12224.
It clearly shows that Proposal #12223 was just the beginning, with #12224 following as the next step. I can’t help but be impressed by the incredible momentum and drive behind this progress.
When will MM2 go live, and when will the USTC re-pegging begin?
Is the recently approved 1.5% burn tax at least based on the results of MM2 simulations?
It feels like the project is moving quickly and consistently in a clearly defined direction.

Over the past year, the Terra Classic project has demonstrated results that could almost be described as godlike—achievements seemingly beyond the capability of an ordinary community. I will gladly acknowledge that, of course, if the price of LUNC reaches at least $0.05 by the end of this year.
The world is becoming increasingly difficult for blockchain projects to survive. For Terra Classic to endure and thrive within this complex and highly competitive ecosystem, we must make faster, bolder, and more decisive strategic decisions. We need to become more agile, competitive, and determined in the fight for survival. #lunc
It feels like there are too many captains steering the ship, and the Terra Classic (LUNC) project is losing its direction. The long-term vision has become blurred, with the primary focus appearing to be token burns and little else. If this continues, the project itself may end up being burned away. Let's build a governance system driven by a clear vision, long-term strategy, and sustainable growth—not just by burns. #lunc
I propose appointing a visionary business leader with exceptional market expertise to guide Terra Classic for a one-year term, renewable annually for a maximum of five years (for example, @ElonMusk or @CZ). Whether they would accept such a role is, of course, uncertain.
The appointed leader would be granted 40% of the decision-making authority, while the remaining 60% would remain in the hands of the community. This would preserve decentralized governance while providing strong leadership and a clear long-term vision.
Their mandate could be renewed each year based on measurable performance and the community's evaluation. Could such a governance model be possible? #lunc
