I request everyone, do not open any account with Airtel Payments Bank as they are defrauding customers and their customer care executives are giving excuses not to refund money

I opened an account with Airtel Payments Bank a year ago but lost my fastag 3 months ago so ordered a new one. They sent me a non working card and charged Rs. 500 for that. I kept following up for 3 months and now they deactivated the card and not refunding the money as well

It has been 5 years, work is halted in ISKCON Chowk on Katraj Kondhwa Road Pune and no improvement at all causing daily traffic congestion throughout the day. PM, CM, Corporators no one is taking any steps to resolve this issue at all

Hello Sir,
This road u inaugurated 5 years ago and still lying in the same condition worsening the traffic all day 24*7, 7 days a week, 365 days. It's a nightmare. A couple lost their life recently due to an accident
Pls look into this as it's becoming hell for us

I had done transaction twice to transfer Rs. 3000 from Sride to my SBI account but none of the transactions ever completed nor I received any confirmation that it's transferred. I have sent an email from [email protected].

I purchased a Haier Washing Machine almost 3 years ago. Based on Engineer's request I bought 3 years AMC after 1 year. My Washing machine is not working for past 1 month and call center as well as service center guys are ignoring the request.
