I figure I would issue a formal statement about Cloud Seeding and Weather Modification since every MSM Mockingbird meteorologist did the same. There is a pretty long and illustrious history of weather modification and cloud seeding in the United States going all the way back to the 1940s and 1950s. That was called Project Cirrus . It was conducted by the United States government along with General Electric (GE) . And that was the very beginning.
There were Weather Modification and cloud seeding experiments that were happening all across the United States in that period from 1947 - 1955. These states included New York, New Mexico, Florida, Puerto Rico, Arizona and Texas. There were also weather modification experiments that were happening in Cuba as a form of weather Warfare. Some of the original weather modification experiments were being conducted in Guatemala before our CIA overthrew the government there in 1954 on behalf of the United Fruit Company. Not much different than the coup the CIA staged in Iran just one year earlier on behalf of British Petroleum (BP) and England. This is the long illustrious history of the USA. One of the most terroristic forces the world has ever known.
Dr. Irving Langmuir was a Nobel prize winning physicist who was the father of Weather Modification along with Vincent Schaefer. They both were scientists for General Electric. You can read more about that anytime. The original manuscript was drafted by GE and published in 1955 . But the take away is that there were literally hundreds of experiments going on across the country and the American public was not knowledgeable about any of it until years and/or decades later. Some still never even knew about it
From these programs and projects, government agencies were created specifically tasked with studying cloud seeding and weather modification and also atmospheric physics/ science. From that we got project Storm Fury and almost every hurricane since 1949, without exception, has been modified by our government to some extent or capacity. The hurricane in 1949 called King was a weather modification experiment that went horribly wrong. Slammed the coast of Georgia / South Carolina and caused major floods and Devastation and it was specifically Irving Langmuir that came out very publicly on behalf of GE to say, I am 99% certain that it was our cloud seeding experiment that caused the hurricane to reverse 180 degrees and change course. It was a war from that point forward between Irving langmuir vs a whole entire Army of meteorologists that were denying the entire event. The popularity of weather modification over time eventually worsened and there were more weather experiments that went wrong resulting in tragedy, extreme storm systems like the Black Hills flood in 1972. And if you read about it you will see an eerie similarity to what has just happened in Texas and New Mexico. This is the direct effect of cloud seeding.
So the argument is that you have to Cloud seed into existing clouds/storm systems and that is a lie. Putting nanoparticulate aerosols into the atmosphere become Cloud condensing nucleation sites where clouds form out of thin air. it is because of convection and the aerosols that are suspended in the upper levels of our atmosphere. These aerosols are the effect of Aviation Pollution, combustion, fuel dumping, fuel doping, Etc) "persistent condensation trails" . Not only do they have a heating effect which ultimately causes clouds contrail cirrus clouds and cumulus clouds as well, they also become the nucleation sites for moisture to bind. This is what all of these MSM meteorologist seem to be missing. It's almost like it's a play on words. Let's just fool them by saying cloud seeding isn't happening by the traditional definition. A storm that drops 20 in of rain in less than 24 hours is not natural. The fact is that whether it is intentional or inadvertent, you can clearly see the direct effect of Aviation pollution ie *contrail Cirrus clouds " on the satellite imagery. It's undeniable.
After Hurricane Helene devastated North Carolina with the 7 million year flood, you had the subject of Weather Modification trending on social media. It was becoming so popular that states started to introduce legislation across to ban these practices and to ban weather modification. But at the same time while you had this incredible growing awareness about weather modification, you had NOAA put out a statement "debunking" weather modification and then that statement was shared by all of the MSM meteorologists in a very similar way that we are seeing again right now. This is the form of information control. This is the intricate Network and all of The Gatekeepers that try to dissuade you from believing that something as simple as 30 mg of silver iodide in a cloud system is enough to unlock the capacity of an atomic bomb according to Nobel prize winning scientist Irving Langmuir.
The United States Air Force produced a document in 1996 called, Owning The Weather in 2025. Wouldn't it be interesting if the wave of catastrophic weather and floods rolls out on the 4th of July approximately 7 months into 2025? Everybody knows the New World Order is upon us and all these Gatekeepers aren't going to be able to control the information flow much longer. 📷
