The Blake Lively stans stalking my page to then post lies shows you they're more interested in pushing a narrative than the truth. The clowns are watching 🤡🤡
Happy #SubpoenaGate Anniversary.
🩷One year ago today- Blake Lively subpoenaed 107 social media users, accusing them of being part of a 'smear campaign'.
🩷She wanted Google, TikTok, and X to give up all personal info for these users including address, bank account numbers, IP address etc.
🩷While this seemed like an attempt to bully users into silence, this idiotic move backfired spectucularly as the internet rallied around those targeted by Lively.
🩷Needless to say she withdrew every single one when they fought back with MTQ.
Wait, so… you mean to tell me that maybe… just maybe… the problem was not mismanagement but rather the chronic underfunding of education under the Ford government?!? I’m shocked! 😳 #OntEd
🧡Thank you, Taylor and Travis🧡We’re deeply grateful to @taylorswift13 and @tkelce for their generous donation to the ASPCA as a part of their latest charitable giving announcement. Learn how you can make a difference at https://t.co/zoJ9JF5Dtb
Imagine how crazy it would be if Blake Lively subpoenaed my and others’ bank account info, location data, and further invasive private info because she wanted to scare us out of criticizing her… only to then whine on social media about people not paying enough attention and “seeing themselves in her story.” Well she did that. We, the dozens of non-wealthy people whose free speech rights she was determined to stomp on for fun, see ourselves in her creative writing story exactly how she wrote it. Lively tried to use the press to gain sympathy through half truths and fabrications and then tried to use her wealth and power to scare critics who couldn’t afford to fight her subpoenas in court. She randomly accuses others of wrongdoing and villainizes them if they have an opinion she doesn’t like. Now she wants to make Justin Baldoni pay because she falsely accused dozens of people of a fantastical conspiracy.
Lively’s ask for our private information didn’t even happen until AFTER Baldoni and Wayfarer’s countersuit was dismissed. She once again seeks to make others pay because she took a lot of very smart, expensive attorneys and had them do a lot of very dumb and unethical things on her behalf. And they did it because they know their bills are getting paid no matter what, no matter how stupid her legal fees requests (complete with no invoices or proof whatsoever) is.
Blake Lively's legal team actually included the subpoenas they sent to content creators in their attorney fee request. They charged $2818 😠😠 The audacity.
Calling WF's lawsuit a "sham" is a bold move, considering @blakelively's #Vanzan action has faced similar criticism from the other side. But that's not even the interesting part.
Compare the two:
WF's MSJ:
"The evidence does not support her headline claims. After months of scorched-earth discovery, backed up by a pounding drumbeat of almost daily motions to compel..."
#EsraHudson in Lively's 47.1 fee motion:
"The Wayfarer Parties employed scorched-earth litigation tactics designed to drain Lively's resources, including a near-daily press campaign promoting their sham lawsuit, propounding expansive and irrelevant discovery demands."
"Scorched-earth." "Near-daily." It's an interesting coincidence 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are 2 of the most despicable people in Hollywood.
And that’s really saying something.
They sought to destroy Justin Baldoni’s life because he wouldn’t turn over total control of HIS movie to a second rate actress.
She is a diabolical schemer and diva and Reynolds has been giving off jealous, insecure, little D energy throughout the whole thing.
And now these multi-millionaires are seeking $8 million in attorneys fees from Baldoni because of a bllsht lawsuit they initiated and LOST.
Reynolds has an estimated net worth of $380 million. Lively is worth about $30 million.
Justin Baldoni is worth an estimated $6-8 million.
And they want to take it all.
They’re disgusting human beings.
Shame on them.
My biggest issue with BL’s 47.1 fee motion? (PART III)
I am still stunned that @blakelively's attorneys submitted a motion for attorneys' fees under California Civil Code § 47.1 without attaching a single invoice or any itemised billing records showing the hourly rate and amount billed for each individual time entry in that godawful billing spreadsheet attached as an exhibit.
Instead, #MichaelGottlieb and #EsraHudson provided the standard and discounted billing rates for partners and associates at Manatt and Willkie. Fine.
But who exactly are these 35 additional individuals whose time was billed?
I can only assume they are paralegals, litigation support staff, and other legal personnel. But that's just it—I have to assume 🤔🤔
Where are their hourly rates? What were their roles? Apparently, we're just supposed to guess.
Even more remarkable, Manatt and Willkie claim to have used 35 support legal personnel, yet somehow couldn't produce actual invoices or itemised billing records (hourly rate/amount billed for each individual time entry).
The 35 individuals listed:
Alan Epstein, Amy Orlov, Autumn Adams-Jack, Betty Braverman, Brenda Leach, Colin Lee, Clementine Martinez, Carly Trainor, Dave Heller, Deanna Drenga, Debbie Kakanas, Elise Lilly, Gordon Waldman, Heather Woodside, Heriona Pepaj, Jade Kwong, Jeffrey Clancy, Jeffrey Erickson, Jengai Low, Jonathan Calmore, Jung Hyun (Monica) Lee, Kashia Adams, Pascal Abidor, Richard Wolkoff, Rosalind Calvert, Ruthanne McCormack, Sally Munson, Sarah Zeiger, Thomas Coster, Trevor Peterson, Vincent Biagiotti, William (Doug) Wham, Zachary Stern, Zane Fisher, and Zola Ray.
The disclosed attorney billing rates:
☹︎ Michael J. Gottlieb (Partner): Standard rate $2,350/hour through Q3 2025, increasing to $2,795/hour from Q4 2025; discounted average rate over the litigation: $2,187/hour
☹︎ Kristin Bender (Partner): $1,551–$1,764/hour.
☹︎ Aaron Nathan (Partner): $1,551–$1,764/hour.
☹︎ Meryl Governski (Former Partner): $1,551/hour.
☹︎ Michaela Connolly (Associate): $1,339–$1,573/hour.
☹︎ Melissa Taustine (Associate): $1,275–$1,488/hour.
☹︎ Esra A. Hudson (Partner): Standard rate $1,430/hour; discounted effective rate $1,161–$1,287/hour.
☹︎ Stephanie Roeser (Partner): Standard rate $1,265/hour; discounted effective rate $1,026–$1,138.50/hour.
☹︎ Matthew Bruno (Partner): Standard rate $1,245/hour; discounted effective rate $1,008–$1,120.50/hour.
☹︎ Sarah Moses (Partner): Standard rate $1,290/hour; discounted effective rate $1,044–$1,161/hour.
☹︎ Katelyn Climaco (Mid-Level Associate): Standard rate $1,130/hour. Esra Hudson's declaration states her work was billed at a discounted rate—but, rather conveniently, never says what that discounted rate actually was.
Where is the transparency?
Transparency is apparently optional when asking the court to award millions in attorneys' fees.
