@GetSpectrum please improve. After waiting on hold for over 2 hours a few weeks ago I added TV to my internet package. Was told I get 1 month free. Got my bill, no free month. Spoke to supervisor who reviewed the call, confirmed what I was told that, refused to resolve the issue.
@GetSpectrum Waited on hold for 2 hours and added TV to my internet. I was told that I get one month free because of a promotion. Bill shows up and no free month. Talked to a supervisor, she reviewed call, heard rep tell me, said can’t do anything because rep was wrong. Do not trust them.
