✨NEW POLL from CFFE PAC: Care stories resonate with voters ✨
Nearly 1/2 of voters trust Dems more to address the cost of care, while a trust 1/3 the GOP, & Dems who discuss their own care stories gain an 11-pt lead over Rs whose messaging is broader.

“When child care can cost more than your rent or a mortgage, or you have to sacrifice a paycheck in order to be able to take care of a loved one,” that can motivate how people vote, said @SGoldschein.
CFFE PAC is ready to elect Dems who prioritize #care.

"Wisconsin families are watching. They’re seeing which side their representatives choose – working families struggling to make ends meet, or wealthy corporations and the ultra-rich."

This isn’t a misunderstanding. This isn’t “both sides.” This is a vote to cut Medicaid after promising constituents he wouldn’t.
When politicians hope we forget, it’s because they know what they did was wrong. Don’t let this one fade.
Rep. Van Orden looked Kate in the eye and promised Medicaid would be safe. He broke that promise—cutting care for 54,000 Wisconsinites and threatening rural hospitals. Families will pay the price unless he restores Medicaid funding.
Wisconsin parents are already struggling to afford child care, and now Trump is making matters worse by threatening federal funding thousands rely on.
Without this support, families could lose child care options and providers could be forced to shut down.https://t.co/vRHnbTLc6Q
"[In 2025] the Brunses were paying $2/month for a top-tier gold-level plan with less than a $4,000 deductible...But in 2026, that same plan is rising to an unattainable $1,600/month, forcing them to downgrade to a bronze plan with a $15,000 deductible."

“A lot of the families that we know through our Rett syndrome network, they’re stockpiling syringes and feed bags and diapers, we’re just stockpiling everything because we don’t know when the rug is going to be pulled out."

The Sheboygan County Head Start program faces closure on November 14, affecting 172 children and 48 staff, as single mothers worry about losing essential services. https://t.co/pUmVaXa5Cl
"I own a child care business, and absolutely the ACA is essential to my staff having health care," said Macy Buhler.
Thank you @SenatorBaldwin for fighting for child care providers & small biz owners like Macy.
Today, I heard from Milwaukee families and small business owners who know just how expensive health care is going to get for all of us if we let Republicans take away health care tax breaks from working families.
Wisconsinites want lower costs – not higher ones. I heard from some Wisconsinites at Marshfield Medical Center in Weston on what it will mean if Republicans refuse to act and jack up their health care costs.
Affordable Care Act tax breaks are going to be ripped away from families, and time is of the essence. If Republicans fail to act, 4 million people will be kicked off their health care.
I joined governors from across the nation to urge Congress to extend tax credits that are set to expire at the end of the year that help make healthcare more affordable for working folks.
As families struggle with rising costs, these tax credits are as important as ever.
🚨Affordable Care Act tax breaks are being taken away. 🚨
That means 4 million Americans are at risk of being kicked off their health care, & 24 million will have their health care costs skyrocket if Republicans don’t join us.
We're raising the alarm 👇🏻 https://t.co/abNc10Ihk2
Americans are being crushed by Donald Trump’s reckless agenda.
On top of the largest cuts to Medicaid and Medicare in history, his tariffs are driving up insurance premiums, and it’s everyday Americans who pay the price.
“Not extending these tax breaks and jacking up costs on the open marketplace will crush families — but also small businesses that are the fabric of our communities.”
Thank you @SenatorBaldwin for standing up for working families in Wisconsin.
