What about when tenants can’t pay as they’re ill or lost their jobs? Thinking all landlords are bad, is like saying all politicians are good. Wrong

@likesretirement @landlord_secret Do that at the same time as paying for tenant repairs, mortgages and taxes. I lost money when tenants couldn’t pay due to illness or cuts in Universal Credit. I took risks on homeless youth needing a first home. I went without to cover their homes. Will leave that to the gov now.

@Twickets Even though I was willing to sell tickets to a concert via @twickets, the original seller @gigsandtours and @twickets made it impossible and the seats were wasted. Lesson learned.
