@Archibfam Thanks for writing this, Claire - such a thoughtful piece, and clearly identifies the risks to schools. Without muscular legislation, there will be some major slippage, and we have to look to the regulator for motivation to comply, which feels... wrong?
@IRISParentMail A school made contact about parent permissions changing without their intervention - a parent suddenly had admin access and saw others' details. Permissions reset, but there are other inconsistencies in their system. Who do we contact to investigate the breach?
