The WSJ showed today that the top 1% of 2022 income earners paid 40.4% of the taxes. The top 10% of income earners paid 72%. Those seem crazy high!

So how do we define "large"? If a "large" corporate home investor breaks itself into multiple "medium-sized" corporate investors, we are clearly no better off. I think we need to spend some time workshopping this before we make a kneejerk law.
