@VerizonSupport FYI when it’s a pandemic & a customer sold their house but their new house falls through so their waiting for another, don’t charge them a deactivation fee & then a set up fee. And if a customer asks a rep to work with them, they should have empathy & not tell us to go to Comcast

18 years ago, I went to sleep like any other night not realizing when I woke, the world would change forever. Each 9/11, I think back & can vividly recall. It’s 1 of my only full day memories from my past. I hope my students & children never have memories like these.#NeverForget
