one thing we should do more of in geriatrics is chewable medicine. Like tylenol, advil, calcium, Vit D, multi-vits, even some antibiotics. Good chewables available. Delicious. Get rid of crushing up disgusting bitter pills and mixing them with food. Puts people off food and meds.
