When I enter a boardroom filled with high-level executives who are predominantly white and male, I always ask them to wonder, "What are the chances?"
What are the chances that the very best brains for these jobs are all sitting in the heads of white men?
At some point, it's hard to see this as anything other than a purposeful attempt to undermine all women.
This went through multiple levels of scrutiny to become a headline. Shameful.
Dear @WHSmith@Waterstones and other major booksellers. There may be a perception that women don’t write sports books, don’t read sports books, or perform sport at a level worth writing or reading about. I hope this thread helps for redesigning and stocking your shelves in future

The insights are simultaneously inspiring and depressing.
Here are 6 graphs everyone needs to see:
Today is a great day to remember that the entirety of our lived experience is on a tiny dot flying through the vast emptiness of space at 67,000 miles per hour.
Hug someone—and stop taking everything so seriously.
At the risk of dwelling on the grief of others, and superimposing a bravery that was never invited nor willingly accepted, I’ll cheer all the harder for Katie and Laura in the next few weeks, if only in the hope sport can give them solace we all seek in it https://t.co/CmYvD4EeDy
