While I dont recommend running 12 miles dehydrated and hungover, I highly recomend always doing what you say you’re gunna do, no matter the circumstance. Showing up for yourself is the biggest gift ❤️

It’s so crazy to me how beautiful life can be once you just start living. Living by your own standards. Living by your own expectations. My hope is that more people can experience the peace and joy I’ve been able to find this past year 🙏🏽
