Customer complaints are mounting. My heart breaks for the unhappy customers. They don’t want to hear excuses they just want the work done that they signed up for. We r in such a predicament. @DHSgov @USCIS U continually hear from us. Release the #h2b visas. #saveh2b @AliMayorkas

It doesn’t make any sense to allow asylum seekers into our country to live & work(illegally), while we have the #h2b option.I just don’t understand the rationale.Hurting businesses for no reason.Releasing the additional #h2b visas should be a no brainer.We need them now. #saveh2b

Unfortunately, as of today we are starting to sell trucks & equipment. No employees to operate them.We will need that money for bills to get us through this year. Would’ve been great if the #h2b’s were approved. Now we’ll be in a huge financial deficit with no employees. #saveh2b

DOL certified a record *93 percent* of H-2B jobs as unfilled by U.S. workers after extensive advertising and recruitment at the inflated H-2B wage in 2020. There's no reason to forcibly keep these jobs unfilled in 2021. Time is running out to avoid major economic losses!
