So first you insult the journalist who came before me (Who did an incredible job during a very difficult time for the club), then you insult me and tell me how to do my job.

Why do you think I said that some of the rumours were untrue? As you so adequately put it.. research.

I was going to just ignore your comment and move on, but I think it needs to be addressed - There is a reason things are 'quiet' as there is nothing to report on in terms of transfers, except for speculation which is often fuelled by posts on X.

I do not and have not reported from speculation on X, I also do not report on transfer news without going to the right sources and channels first.

The only X posts I do write stories from are from @SportsPeteO - that's due to him being an incredibly reliable source who has worker tirelessly throughout the years.

I do appreciate immensely all those #readingfc fans who have been very supportive and even encouraging and offering constructive criticism. It has meant a great deal, but I felt with this I cannot be silent.
