I know some people sometimes try to gain attention through negativity, but not everyone is like that. Most people genuinely review products and have right to point out both the positives & negatives.
Brands should treat such videos/Opinions as feedback and use them to improve their products - In the long it will benefit the brand as well.
But if a Brand thinks it can silence everyone by sending legal notices, that’s not how things work. It’s not good for consumers, creators or even the brand itself.
I hope Brand resolves this issue as soon as possible and clears the atmosphere of fear created by these legal notices.
Brands, consumers, and creators should respect each other’s work and be able to share their honest opinions openly.
At the same time, if someone is spreading fake information or deliberately misleading people, the brand has the right to take appropriate action. But genuine creators/Consumers should not be stopped from sharing their opinions & I am completely against this legal notice approach.
I have 100% proof to show a smartphone company sending data to China. I can exactly show how and what.
But I am LEGALLY afraid to make video as smartphone & many other companies are behind me.
The question is not about fighting....winning legal battle in India is impossible until you are very powerful and have political links..
I am already in a court case since 2 years so can't take chance with future..
Btw this whole Legal Legal thing started by a smartwatch company owner ... You can guess.. he corrupted whole tech community
It's disheartening to hear this. You guys already know who initiated this underhanded tactic, but brands cannot suppress freedom of speech with their financial influence and legal power.
RT's please to share this SAD crucial info..
Thank You @motorolaindia for a direct COURT order at 2 am in morning to Block my videos in getting viewed in India..
This is direct killing of FREEDOM of SPEECH .. We must have a strong law against it.. @raghav_chadha@livelawindia@MLJ_GoI@narendramodi
How can you stop letting creators speak and sharing truth..

Thank you brother for raising your voice. @broitstech . Like I said the phones you have paid for, the apps you have consented to use, and your will to use your devices the way you intended them to function will become a mere fiction. Courtesy Google's greed.
Fun Fact
When I used to type on a Samsung-centric website last year, nearly every second post used to be about some issues with Samsung phones.
❌ Be it green lines, or excessive bugs with updates or hardware issues, (you name it!) and while I was simply doing my job there, it also ended up in me losing confidence in this brand.
And for flagships, there is no other excuse: they NEED to do better. OnePlus & Vivo gave free replacements for green line issues on flagships. What did Samsung do?
✅ A really good video, everyone should watch and accept the facts without getting offended.
@psyycho_memer Bro, under the ₹5000 price range, there aren't many good smartwatches out there, but I can recommend a few: Galaxy Fit 3, Amazfit Bip 5, and Redmi Watch 5 Lite.
