For my second job I had printed off projects and work I had done in prior roles to show them what I accomplished. Literal paper hard copies. The preparation (which took 2 seconds) blew them away. Very few people do this stuff. Layup to stand out
If I was coming out of school right now I’d have a few personal and school related AI projects done
Then I’d bring my laptop interviews and show off the projects
Many boomers are flat footed and your age plus proof you’re using it will blow them away even if it’s simple

That’s how I feel reading biographies. Sometimes people got it like you don’t. That’s okay. Don’t apply their framework. Have to find what YOU specifically should be doing
