@asus401 @ontarioferries OSTC had all winter to design and beta test the new reservation system before releasing it to the public. That’s how well run companies do thinks. Terminal staff on both sides admit the new system is a failure and poorly designed. Listen to your employees and your customers.

@robvoigt Too many people are making the assumption that we are over the worst of COVID 19 and things are slowly returning to normal. Not so and besides winter the fall flu season is approaching as well adding to the need for better planning and preparing.
