This is the response I’m getting about my exploding @DFS @DFSCare glass table that is STILL under warranty! I wonder if I went to @Sofology, @WayfairUK or @IKEAUK would I get this awful treatment? Do you guys call your customers liars too or is that just @DFS @DFSCare ????

@BBCWatchdog @DFS @DFSCare sold me a glass table 18 months ago with a 24 month warranty - my glass table randomly exploded in the middle of the night and they are telling me they can’t help me.

@DFS @DFSCare this is unacceptable! He said if it was faulty glass it would have happened in the first 2 weeks, but it didn’t! I don’t appreciate being called a liar - I didn’t just purchase a table with you - I spent over 2k with you and this is the sort of service you offer!

@DFS I came downstairs in the middle of the night last night to this - my glass table from DFS had shattered everywhere - for no reason. I’m still waiting for the manager of Brent Cross to call me and discuss next steps. It’s a shame he doesn’t deem this a high priority

@DFS @DFSCare the Brent Cross store manager has now come back and said that although the table has 2 year warranty and we’re only 18 months in that glass isn’t covered!
