Policing must be comprehensively reformed. There should be a requirement for all leadership in the Atlanta Police Department to live within the city of Atlanta. Officers will serve our neighborhoods best when they have a vested interest in the city. Leadership that #CARES.

Atlanta needs improved innovation around responsiveness. Our current 311 App and customer service calling center are obsolete- Emergencies don’t just happen M-F 9-5. 311 must be 24/7. #ShivyCARES
