@HolidayInn dreadful stay at the junction 8 m1 holiday inn last weekend. Please tell me why you give priority to coach trips and didn’t have any room in the hotel to eat not even at the bar, so we had to eat in our room with 2 young kids. Dreadful service

@McDonaldsUK hi just been to west bars chesterfield McDonald’s to get happy meals for the kids because they love squishmallows. After paying for the meals I was told only books available. Wouldn’t have bothered if I’d have known this. Any chance you can send a couple to my kids?

@NandosUK ordered food online for collection at 17:50, go in and waited over 30 mins to get my food at 18:25 with no apologies or anything, dreadful service at your chesterfield branch. I picked up other food before for my kids which was cold by the time I got the Nando’s.

@marksandspencer pre ordered our Christmas food order last month, went to pick up on Saturday and told there was no salmon en croute they were out of stock. Tell me what’s the point of pre ordering a month in advance to not get what you ordered and be offered no substitution

@safestyle had windows and doors fitted 3 weeks ago and now the back door won’t open that you have fitted. Been told a month wait to come and have a look. Please sort this out asap as it’s a fire hazard and not what you expect after 3 weeks. Appalling customer service

@bandq_help had a bathroom fitted by yourselves, the shower tiles had to be repaired. Again the tiles are coming away from the wall in the shower causing water damage to the wall. Can you help please
