Ever wonder why some people might have a job and others not? About how work fits into the way society works? What is the future of work in St. Helens? Artist @brownem3 invites you to explore these questions by playing her board game night @StHBookStop https://t.co/YSyqqufSGp
We’ve got the keys to Dublin’s iconic Fruit and Veg Market off Capel Street for @CultureNight on Sept 23rd and are putting on Night Moves, a special & free night of DJs, discussions and dancing for one night only.
@emilymfg Have you read Detransition, Baby by Torrey Peters or an old one The Parable of The Sowers by Octavia E. Butler? Both great. Or The Overstory (another older one) if you haven't read that is brilliant

Weirdest thing about this is that 80% of the food we consume here is imported. Most of what we produce is exported. So subsidising farmers won't do much to help consumers and subsidising consumers won't help farmers.
