The most appalling customer service experience! @BritishGas. Leaving my Dad (81 years with a Pallative diagnosis) without heating since 26/10/23 and not offering an engineer to visit 8/1/24! This is NOT acceptable.

Sadly @BritishGas do not have systems that talk to each other or departments. My Dad has been left without heating again.

I’m so disappointed with @BritishGas leaving my elderly vulnerable father without heating. Not even the offer to supply an alternative heating source. To add insult to injury he has just received a bill for nearly £5k, when he is on a DD. Impossible to get thru on the 📞
