And I say this with humility: I repented of it long ago.

There was a season when something came over me.
I started noticing other women.
Enjoying their company.
Feeling drawn to the noise.

Meanwhile, my wife,
A nurse.
Quiet.
Focused.
Studying.
Building capacity.
Growing in silence.

Instead of fighting, accusing, or breaking down, she did something extraordinary.

She calmly befriended those same women.

One by one, they became her friends… even her best friends.

I still don’t know how she did it.
One day, I jokingly told her,
“You have taken all my babes”
And we laughed.

But looking back now, I see wisdom.
I see strength.
I see maturity.
I see grace.

My wife has grown, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually.

And I am deeply grateful I did not lose her to my own restlessness.

Men, let us calm down.
What we are looking for “outside” is often growing quietly at home.

Protect it.
Nurture it.

In all these una life examples, haven’t seen a tweet where the woman actually said y’all should leave her house in the middle of the night but that’s exactly what men do to their partners and link ups every other day.

Back in abuja, i was living in Kubwa, my then ex bought a house in maitama. My office was literally 2 mins walk from her house and she wanted me to be staying there. Yes she loved me but did i stay, NO. I’d rather chill at hers till the traffic calmed bf i go home. I made that decision the day she jokingly threw shades at my car when she asked me to take her out. Women are good and kind people but the moment you get into a disagreement, that side unconsciously comes out. - I don’t know the loc type you have but how the person is handling your hair is VERY important
- Spray water everyday
- Oil scalp and Locs every week or so
- Shampoo every 3-4wks or accordingly
- Don’t keep a style longer than 2wks
