BTW #SorryNotSorry, you should know by now to avoid Nutrasweet aka aspartame.

It's simply phenylalanine, aspartame (both amino acids), and methanol, in one molecule.

The methanol is stored as a methoxy ester off the phenylalanine's carboxy acid side.

Methanol is a cumulative, subtle, deadly neurotoxin. Technically you don't get enough from aspartame to matter...but drink a dozen Diet Cokes a day, and it WILL show effects.
