@AmericanAir I paid for an exit row seat because I have an autoimmune disorder and extreme joint pain so I need the extra room. On way to airport I get notified my seats been changed but not to worry because it’s a main cabin extra seat. I’m on the plane and it is now. Refund me

@PECOconnect we have elderly people in the Villanova that are going on day 2 of no ac going into a heat wave. I’ve had to throw out all of my fridge and freezer and lost my expensive immune suppressants that will cost me $$$ to replace. When is highfield rd gonna have power?

@PECOconnect when are we gonna have power back in Villanova? We had an estimated time of restoration but now even that is gone. There should be some type of update by now. The lack of communication on your end has been astounding.

@AskAmex this is now the fourth time I’ve tried to access the centurion lounge in philly airport, and there’s always a 45 minute wait. What’s the point in paying for platinum if I can’t use the lounge when needed. Very disappointed. Thinking about cancelling my card.
