Such a fun afternoon welcoming my new Seagulls! Everyone was so excited! One parent showed her child the class on FaceTime because he was sick. Another student took a selfie at his desk and 6 parents have already joined Class Dojo! It’s going to be a great year! @paeseagulls

@JHPhillipsPhD There are so many things administrators could do and aren’t to lighten the load! 1: ask teachers what they need 2: decrease academic expectations so all stakeholders feel successful 3: provide teachers with resources that make the job easier. A basal reading program for example
