@Rogers@RogersHelps Today is day 51 of Rogers unable to connect a home phone line. I contact Rogers daily for updates. The only response I get is "wait". This problem has been "escalated" so many times. Do better. If you are reading this. Do not choose Rogers.
@Rogers@RogersHelps My in-laws switched to Rogers almost 2 months ago. Rogers still haven't figured out how to setup their phone line. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Even one of your customer service people told me to go back to Bell.
