Afraid for the nation?
Buy a house. Plant a garden. Get married. Have lots of babies. Help your children marry well, be great grandparents.
You needn't run for office, start a podcast or lead a thinktank. The most powerful & countercultural work happens in your home. Jer 29:5-6
@seeclearly21@bartbarber That’s fair… although I’m not sure one’s personal convictions is the critical point of contention. It’s not like this is a mere matter of preference or opinion for a church leader… or anyone for that matter.
@seeclearly21@bartbarber Send me the link. It’s not that @bartbarber isn’t pro-life but that he and a majority of others are willing to compromise on the pursuit of righteous laws specifically wanting to be “compassionate” towards women as victims of abortion. This is ultimately unkind and untrue.
@leachfortexas Dallas will be doing this on August 10th. I want to ask if their sanitation department is supposed to ignore a fetus they find in a trash bag or the water department’s filters. Will those who handle “medical waste” also ignore it? Truly a gruesome reality.
Imagine the Supreme Court finally not granting a federally protected right to slavery. Then imagine a President encouraging slave “owners” to cross state lines so they can do whatever they want to “their” slaves. Then look at what @potus is doing today.
@K1 So true. It’s a biological fact that life begins at fertilization and forcing the belief of bodily autonomy on the preborn is never ok. #facts#embryology
