@runningmann100 I missed the cutoff in 2018 and 2019 by a few minutes, but was treated very kindly and caringly by the officials. They wrapped an emergency blanket around me, gave me hot soup and an energy drink as they helped me into the bus. I was cramping badly. Very sad and disappointed now.
@OfficialCSA This has happened before, and is simply not good enough. And also the bad light issue in a Durban test happens every time and we never make up all the overs lost by early starts the next day. Maybe a pink ball night test there next time @GraemeSmith49
@AthleteAshworth @MWEBTweets@OpenserveZA We had the same problem in Hermanus with our holiday house last year. I had to throw my toys out the cot a few times before I got things done. Their comms are so poor.
It is with great sadness to report the news that the one and only legend Boeta Cassiem has sadly passed away this morning. Our sincere condolences to his amazing family. WPCA will be issuing a full tribute to Mr Cassiem in due course. #RIPBoetaCassiem#NewlandsLegend
Something that sticks in my mind is Berry not knowing that an offence committed on a kicker is sanctioned where the ball lands. This is a Test level referee (refereeing the biggest Test in years) simply not knowing the law. Inconsistency is one thing, but that's inexcusable.
