You do know your body makes formaldehyde don't you? No? Your own body naturally contains about 2–3 grams (2,000–3,000 mg) of formaldehyde at any given time and continuously produces roughly 50 grams (50,000 mg) every day as part of normal metabolism.

By comparison, a typical vaccine contains no more than about 0.1 mg of residual formaldehyde—and many contain much less or none at all.

An average pear contains about 6–12 mg of naturally occurring formaldehyde. Apples and bananas contain a few milligrams, and many vegetables contain measurable amounts as well.

The formaldehyde in vaccines isn't added to expose children to the chemical—it's used during manufacturing to inactivate viruses or bacterial toxins, and only tiny residual amounts remain after purification.

Simply saying "vaccines contain formaldehyde" without mentioning how much is like saying drinking water contains oxygen without mentioning whether you're talking about a glass of water or a compressed oxygen tank.
